In 1984, Bill Smith began using Macintosh computers, and so began the roots of CompuCraft. While working on his final thesis, Bill began looking for a faster means of writing and editing. He found the Macintosh 128 with MacWrite software. It quickly became apparent that this could greatly enhance his company, Marketing Managers, and he began to add Macs to his operation.
